You’ll lie comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed, eyes open or closed—it’s up to you. Many people simply relax deeply, and some even drift off to sleep. Others stay gently engaged, answering a few quiet questions as we explore together.

Using structured techniques and light muscle-checking, I ask your body's innate wisdom to reveal the priorities for that session—the unique formula your body needs in that moment to restore balance and communication.
